We have a surplus of substitute performance available for you when cooperating with us

SUBSTITUTE PERFORMANCE:
✔️ Substitute performance is a support tool for creating and maintaining job opportunities for people with disabilities (PWD) in the Czech Republic.
✔️ A contribution of social solidarity in employment relations, aimed at a vulnerable group of people with disabilities on the labor market.
✔️ Serves as active business support.
✔️ Enables employers of PWDs to create and sustain quality jobs for people with disabilities.
✔️ The most effective prevention against increasing taxes or other forms of social expenses for companies and institutions.

PROVISION OF SUBSTITUTE PERFORMANCE:
The provision of substitute performance to companies and institutions in the Czech Republic is a way to fulfill the legal obligation to employ people with disabilities.
This obligation applies to employers with more than 25 employees, who must either employ 4% of people with disabilities (PWD) out of the total number of employees
- pay a monetary levy to the state budget
or
this obligation can also be fulfilled by purchasing products from employers with more than 50% of employees with disabilities
or
by assigning contracts to these employers.
